Worker Onboarding

New workers set up their profile, upload credentials, and link to your company โ€” all in the app.

When a worker signs up, a guided setup walks them through creating their profile, adding emergency contacts, uploading certifications, and requesting to join your company. Owners can also require specific documents to be signed before a worker can clock in โ€” safety policies, NDAs, site orientations, or anything else. Track signing progress across your crew from the dashboard. When a document is updated, workers are automatically prompted to re-sign the new version.

Credential Tracking

Track certs with expiry dates, photos, and color-coded alerts.

Add tickets and certifications to any worker's profile โ€” name, issue date, expiry date, and optional photo of the document. Workers can also add their own credentials. The dashboard shows color-coded alerts: red for expired, amber for expiring this year, gray for valid. When a credential expires, both the worker and owner receive an automatic email notification on the day โ€” so nobody gets caught off guard.
